β β β β β We hadden nog wat kosten open staan . Hier door wou de dierenarts ons niet helpen . Terwijl ze de ernst van de kwaal kennen van onze konijn . Kreeg te horen eerst 50% van de vergeten afspraak betalen daarna gaan we u verder helpen kort om GELD KLOPPERIJ !!
 We still had some outstanding costs. The vet wouldn't help us because of this. While they know the seriousness of our rabbit's disease. Was first told to pay 50% of the forgotten appointment, then we will help you further shortly to get MONEY BUCKER !!

β β β β β Als het kon zou ik een 0 geven aan deze kliniek want zelfs 1 ster zijn ze niet waard. Van de week gebeld omdat ik mijn twee hondjes bij deze kliniek in wou laten schrijven, omdat ik al die goede reviews heb gelezen. Inschrijven was geen probleem. Vandaag gebeld omdat mijn hondje van 16.5 jaar hele nacht, aan rochelen en hoesten was. Ik vertrouwde het niet, vooral gezien haar leeftijd en ik wou graag dat er naar haar longen geluisterd werd en gekeken werd naar haar halsklieren. Het was vol, ik mocht volgende week komen voor een afspraak. Ook na een korte overleg, vol was vol...geen plaats meer. Meteen naar dierenkliniek aan de Haaksbergerstraat gebeld. Gelukkig mochten we daar meteen komen. Longfoto's gemaakt, en longen waren vol met vocht. Antibiotica, plastabletten en pijnstiller gekregen, met de mededeling dat we altijd terug mochten bellen en komen als de situatie erger wordt. Alle lof voor de praktijk Dolfing en Polling. Meteen daarna Mediscent gebeld en gezegd dat ze onze honden kunnen uitschrijven, als je met spoed niet eens ergens tussendoor kunt komen. Ja, hoor geen probleem, werd er vriendelijk gezegd, met andere woorden " rot toch op". Walgelijk!
If I could I would give this clinic a 0 because they are not even worth 1 star. Called this week because I wanted to register my two dogs at this clinic, because I have read all those good reviews. Registration was no problem. Called today because my 16.5 year old dog was rattling and coughing all night. I didn't trust it, especially given her age and I wanted her lungs to be listened to and her neck glands looked at. It was full, I was allowed to come next week for an appointment. Even after a short consultation, full was full...no more room. Immediately called to the veterinary clinic on the Haaksbergerstraat. Luckily we were able to get there right away. Lung X-rays taken, and lungs were full of fluid. Received antibiotics, water tablets and painkiller, with the message that we could always call back and come if the situation gets worse. All praise for the practice Dolfing and Polling. Immediately afterwards called Mediscent and said that they can deregister our dogs, if you can't even get through somewhere urgently. Yes, no problem, it was said kindly, in other words "shut up". Disgusting!

β β β β β Mij werd geadviseerd het gehele gebit van mijn ragdoll kater te laten trekken ivm tandvleesontsteking. Hij was toen 2.
O, wat ben ik blij dat ik direct een second opinion heb gevraagd en een derde mening, zelfsβ¦.:
Zijn gebit is perfect, het tandvlees gezond (op enkele plekjes een lichtrood randje). De kat is nu 5 en heeft nog steeds een prachtige rij spierwitte bijtertjes, wordt regelmatig gecontroleerd, alles dik in orde. Eet goed, geen last.
Dezelfde kat moest ook van deze praktijk op dieet. Hij zou maar 4,5 tot 5 kg mogen wegen. Dat was hij echter al als groot kitten/puber. Het is een erg grote kat! Andere dierenartsen vinden 7 kg een mooi gewicht voor deze forse vent.

His teeth are perfect, his gums healthy (a light red edge in some places). The cat is now 5 and still has a beautiful row of snow white biters, is checked regularly, everything is fine. Eat well, don't bother.
This practice also forced the same cat on a diet. He should only weigh 4.5 to 5 kg. However, he was already as a big kitten/adolescent. It's a very big cat! Other vets think 7 kg is a good weight for this big guy.

β β β β β Wij zijn verhuisd naar Enschede samen met onze 17 jarige Ayla een Amerikaanse cocker . In totaal maar 3 keer bij Medicent geweest, maar voelde direct goed. Een paar dagen geleden hebben we onze hond moeten inslapen, maar ook hier SUPER begeleiding in gehad. Wij prijzen jullie overal aan. Het ga jullie goed
We moved to Enschede together with our 17 year old Ayla an American cocker. Only been to Medicent 3 times in total, but immediately felt good. A few days ago we had to put our dog to sleep, but also had SUPER guidance in this. We commend you everywhere. All the best

β β β β β We've been going to Mediscent with my kitten from her very first visit to the vets. I am very happy about that! The staff here is very professional and friendly. The prices are also great and, as already mentioned by others, they do not try to sell you extra things! Big thank you for everyone in Mediscent from me and my kitten

After very quick and superficial examination of the dog and measuring the temperature doctor said that's a food poisoning. Doctor just prescribed a bit of antibiotics and adviced to wait when dog had serious state of uterine suppuration. Not professional at all, extremely dossapointed, please be carefoul and make sure to go to another clinic with your pet!!
