★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Word nooit sirieus genomen en moet altijd lang wachten op mijn medicijnen of krijg het gewoon niet doordat ze het in het systeem vergeten te zetten zijn.
Never get taken seriously and always have to wait a long time for my medication or just don't get it because they forgot to put it in the system.

Ik bestel via de telefoon lijn mijn herhaling recept.
Ik word terug gebeld met een mevrouw die slecht Nederlands spreekt
heb mijn medicijn wel 5 keer doorgegeven en vervolgens word door de arts het verkeerde doorgegeven aan de apotheek.
Fouten maken kan iedereen maar hoe het nu afgehandeld kan worden is ver onder de maat.

I order my repeat prescription over the telephone line.
I get a call back from a lady who speaks bad Dutch
passed my medicine 5 times and then the doctor passed the wrong thing to the pharmacy.
Anyone can make mistakes, but how it can be handled now is far below par.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte huisartsenpraktijk, en ze zijn ook vaak brutaal aan de telefoon.
Mijn dochtertje van 8 maanden was ziek zegt ze de assistente dat ik foto's moest maken van de binnenkant van haar mond.
Gelukkig kon ik terecht bij een andere huisarts en ze kreeg gelijk medicijnen mee.
Bad GP practice, and they are often rude on the phone too.
My 8-month-old daughter was ill, she tells the assistant that I had to take pictures of the inside of her mouth.
Fortunately I was able to see another doctor and she was immediately given medication.
