Niet vriendelijk geholpen door de laborant. Andere mensen moesten ook lang wachten terwijl ze een afspraak hadden. Made an appointment to take blood had to wait 30 minutes with my baby and the woman who had to draw blood from me also let someone go ahead without an appointment. Not kindly helped by the lab technician. Other people also had to wait a long time while they had an appointment.

De balie medewerkster was onbeleefd,zeer kort af en ruzie zoekende naar de klant toe..... Het doet de reputatie van het bedrijf niet ten goeden komen..... Erg jammer dat dergelijke onbeleefde figuren ter werk worden gesteld in een bedrijf dat zorg dient te geven aan cliënten aldaar.... Wel prettig om te kunnen melden ,dat er personeel werkzaam is dat wel de fatsoen normen en waarden heeft meegekregen In hen opvoeding. Voor het zeer onbeleefde figuur kan ik alleen maar een dikke duim naar beneden doen toekomen.....???????? Pharmacy Zonnestein, Is in itself a good pharmacy with polite well trained staff. Unfortunately, today was different. The counter employee was rude, very short and arguing towards the customer ..... It doesn't do the reputation of the company any good..... Very unfortunate that such rude figures are put to work in a company that has to provide care to clients there.... It is nice to be able to report that there are staff who have received the decency standards and values in their upbringing. For the very rude figure I can only give a big thumbs down.....????????

I noticed her office is located in the same building (Zonnestein) and easily made an appointment by clicking through to her website. She was very professional and thorough in her approach, answering my questions and also providing careful care. (Read her credentials on her website.) I liked her so much I made appointments for my husband and 2 kids right away too. They all came back with happy smiles, relieved that she was so kind with her care of their teeth. We will be going back for all our scheduled cleanings. :-) FYI, Ms Tekle uses an insurance service that works directly with the dental insurance that you have, so you don't pay her at the time of service -- you'll receive a bill later if necessary.
