★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestellt wegen der online-Anzeige, dass am Folgetag die Bestellung losgeschickt wird, da ich das Stethoskop dringend für die Arbeit benötigte. Tagelang konnte ich die DPD Nummer nicht tracken, bis sie dann irgendwann ging. Das Lieferdatum wurde von Tag zu Tag immer weiter verschoben. Bestellt habe ich vor 8 Tagen, und es ist immer noch nicht da. Kauft woanders!
Ordered because of the online announcement that the order will be sent the next day because I urgently needed the stethoscope for work. I couldn't track the DPD number for days until it finally left. The delivery date has been postponed from day to day. I placed my order 8 days ago and it's still not there. Buy elsewhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein Stethoskop bestellt, kam bei mir leider nicht an, das Paket ist bei DPD verloren gegangen. Initial gab es Kommunikationsproble mit dem Händler aufgrund eines Serverausfalls, als das Problem erkannt und behoben wurde, hat sich das MediShopXL-Team sehr bemüht den Sachverhalt schnellstmöglich zu klären, trotz der aktuellen Situation. Am Ende hab ich mich jedoch für die Rückerstattung entschieden, da ich kein Vertrauen mehr in DPD habe, ging reibungslos.
Unfortunately I did not receive a stethoscope, the package was lost at DPD. Initially there were communication problems with the dealer due to a server failure, when the problem was identified and resolved, the MediShopXL team tried very hard to clarify the matter as quickly as possible, despite the current situation. In the end, however, I opted for the refund, since I no longer trust DPD, went smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a stethoscope with an engraving for a very special occasion. My order was delivered in the wrong color. I wrote three messages to their “customer service” because they refuse to publish their phone number anywhere. This could have potentially been resolved in à punctual
Manner. I asked if I could receive my correct order before my special occasion and I still have no response. If you want to deal with a company that refuses to put you in Contact with a human being, buy from them. My practice will be purchasing it’s future equipment elsewhere
