โ โ โ โ โ I was yelled at by the employee today for opening a cabinet to get a cake. There was no sign saying customers cannot touch anything. I apologised in Dutch the best I can and explained I did not know, but she continued to berate me for skipping the line though that was not my intention. I suggested she could put a sign up or lock the door to make it more clear but she refused. I don't like to complain but I wonder if it was because I was foreign looking. Another customer must have felt bad for me as she offered me to be served before her, which I declined as I was after her. I understand perhaps the employee was acting out of fear but I thought the response was a bit intense for the situation. I like the products from the bakery but I would hesitate to go back
