★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık 9 ay önce bir BBQ aldım.bir kaç ay önce kömür konulan haznenin delindiğini farkettim.Fişle birlikte giderek garanti kapsamında değişmesini istedim Ancak bana bu ürüne üreticisinin garanti vermediğini bu yüzden de değişmeyeceklerini söylediler.Bu tür bir ürünün garantisi olmadan nasıl satıldığını anlayamıyorum!!! Bir satıcının satış sonrasında da müşteri memnuniyetini göz ününde bulundurması gerekip sattığı ürüne sahip çıkması gerekir.
About 9 months ago I bought a BBQ. A few months ago I noticed that the chamber where the coal was placed was pierced. I went with the plug and wanted it to be changed under warranty. However, they told me that the manufacturer did not guarantee this product, so they would not change. A seller should also consider customer satisfaction after the sale and protect the product he sells.
