★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and professionalism!! I was one minute away from Kapelkesweg at 19:15 today when the bus is at 19:19, the only bus that allows me to get to work in time, well the driver didn't even stop, saw me running still with 2 minutes left and just ignored me and kept going!
One selfish action from that idiot cost me my job!
Terrible people skills and zero professionalism by Arriva!
