Alle gerechten zijn bedacht door Meisje, huisgemaakt en bereid volgens authentieke recepten. De ingrediënten zijn veelal lokaal ingekocht en biologisch daar waar het kan. Natuurlijk zijn ook Molukse happerijtjes verkrijgbaar, denk hierbij aan pasteitjes of lemper (rijstrolletjes gevuld met kip). De hartige borrelplanken zijn heerlijk om te delen!
