★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet klantvriendelijk/slechte service. Medewerkster die er stond weet blijkbaar niet hoe je moet communiceren. Ik kwam langs om aan te geven dat jas na 1 dag al een knoop was verloren en nu twee maanden later bij de stiksels gescheurd is. Mevrouw ging gelijk in de aanval over dat er nog geen klachten waren geweest en ik had moeten bellen en het door mij zelf kwam. Mevrouw had echt een walgelijke houding.
 Not customer friendly / poor service. The employee who stood there apparently does not know how to communicate. I came by to indicate that the jacket had already lost a knot after 1 day and now torn two months later at the stitching. Madam immediately went on the attack that there had been no complaints and I should have called and it was because of myself. Mrs. really had a disgusting attitude.
