โ โ โ โ โ I had very negative experience with this company. At the beginning the premium was deducted automatically from my bank account by this company, but at some point they changed the way of payment secretly to paying premium via bank transfer manually. During the change, they did not send to me any email and did not give me any call either. What they did is that they only wrote their bank account and the premium on a piece of paper and delivered to my address. So, I have not realized the change of payment until I was fined by more than 1000 EUR. Therefore, they give me a feeling that they did this intentionally and it seems that this is a trap set by them.
