De eigenaar is gladde verkoper en als het op garantie en klachten aankomt wordt deze meneer zeer grof in de mond en maakt klant voor leugenaar en alles en nog wat. Schoenen die in Arnhem gekocht zijn bij hem , dan wordt er gezegd dat ze niet bij hem gekocht zijn, ondanks bewijzen van bon en bankafschrift. Ik koop hier nooit meer, ga nu maar een andere Mephisto shop. Dus wees gewaarschuwd!! Nice shop but that's the only thing. The owner is a smooth salesman and when it comes to warranty and complaints this gentleman becomes very rude in the mouth and makes customer a liar and anything and everything. Shoes that were bought from him in Arnhem, it is said that they were not bought from him, despite proof of receipt and bank statement. I will never buy here again, just go to another Mephisto shop. So be warned !!

Ik heb hele lastige voeten, maar zij weten precies weer de juiste schoenen voor mij uit te zoeken. Compliment! Today on the way to Arnhem to visit again.
