★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Sprinter van is a lemon that keeps leaving me stranded I am going to write down everything that's wrong with this van on the side of the van and then park it in front of the Mercedes dealership you've known about these problems for years and did nothing you are really pushing this van in the US and I'm going to let everyone know what a piece of s*** my Sprinter van is keeps leaving me stranded this thing has Mass electrical problems Sam keeps going out exhaust sensors keep going out the duff heater keeps going out with duct booster keeps going out with no warning half the devices in the vehicle stopped working the headlights will only come on on one side the turn signals only come on in one side there's Mass videos on YouTube showing these problems but Mercedes has done nothing they don't care about their customers after you buy the car before they buy the car they really care after you buy the car you're on your own not even translating the manuals from German into English I thought this was law that car dealerships had to provide English manuals when selling in the US but I guess this isn't true my mechanic has to translate from German into English lay in the bed you have made I'm going to let everyone know how much of a piece of s*** my van is and how you cannot trust Mercedes-Benz at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience. Paid top dollars for brand new car, very expensive car and now worth peanuts after 2 months. Very bad customer service and not willing to help. Never buying peanut car anymore. Not worth the money as there is no value for the price you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted them about a simple but irritating bug in the Mercedes Me app. Emanuele took the problem on board, offered a usable workaround and followed up with developers, promising a resolution with the next update. Exceeds expectations. Couldn't ask for better response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The net salary for Customer Service there is 1700 Euro.. but on average the gross salary is around 40.000 Euro in the Netherlands. This company want German and also others from around the world to work there for a very very poor salary.
But the costs of living are very high in this country. In the end you`re working for free.
And Mercedes-Benz Germany doesn`t care the workers there. You will never have the opportunity to get a good salary job there
