β β β β β I had a really lovely stay at the Mercure in Amersfoort. I was surprised by the size of the room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! I had the best nights sleep of my trip when staying at this hotel. The shower was incredibly large, with hot water and great pressure. The tea station was the perfect addition. I was on the 7th floor with wonderful views of the city. I was only a short walk away from sights, and about 10 minutes from the train station - making it perfect for my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

β β β β β It is a beautiful hotel, friendly and professional service. I left 2 whole cheeses in tje fridge and Tobias assisted me and he was great in the communication for me to go back and pick it up. Service with a smile and going the extra mile. These are the reasons someone would go back and i definitely would recommend this hotel.

β β β β β A 4 star hotel that should be 2 stars. The air conditioning did not work in the room, nor did the floor heating in the bathroom. Reception response to the problem "We can't do nothing about it". I had to ask for some extra cover becouse the room was very cold.
The pillows in the room were completely yellow. I will never go back to the Mercury Hotel.
