★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel vooraf voor 3x lasbocht 60.3x 2 mm rvs, ja meneer geen probleem genoeg voorraad! Na 30 km rijden in de winkel geen lasbochten. Nouja oké dan bestellen, 1-2 dagen en bijna 28 excl. btw! Kokkeling in Den Haag kon ook bestellen voor 10 euro per stuk maar ik wilde ze direct hebben. Uiteindelijk bij staalhandel van Zijl bv voor 10 euro per stuk direct afgehaald!! Ook NL metalen in nieuw Beijerland had voorraad voor 5,40 per stuk. Was voor mij verder rijden helaas.
 Call in advance for 3x weld bend 60.3x 2 mm stainless steel, yes sir no problem enough stock! No welding bends after 30 km of driving in the store. Well ok then order, 1-2 days and almost 28 excl. VAT! Kokkeling in The Hague could also order for 10 euros each but I wanted them immediately. Eventually collected directly from steel trade van Zijl bv for 10 euros each !! NL metals in new Beijerland also had stock for 5.40 each. Was driving further for me unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na in eerste instantie 1 ster te hebben gegeven vanwege de klantonvriendelijke benadering in de winkel, werd ik uitermate correct te woord gestaan over deze klacht. Er kunnen dingen mis gaan in de communicatie, daarover een goed gesprek kunnen hebben is erg prettig. Hier scoorde de Metaalwinkel heel goed! Daarom nu 4 sterren.
After initially giving 1 star because of the customer-unfriendly approach in the store, I was answered very correctly about this complaint. Things can go wrong in communication, being able to have a good conversation about it is very pleasant. The Metal Shop scored very well here! Therefore now 4 stars.
