Ivy is a warm and energetic coach with abundant coaching knowledge which enables her to tailor coaching sessions for any clients. The collaboration with her was an amazing experience, and we discussed different topics covering many aspects of my life, not limited to career or self branding, throughout the whole program. I highly recommend anyone who want to improve/ advance in their lives to have a talk with Ivy.
今年三月開始有機會參加Ivy的教練課程，在這六次的的會議中，我和Ivy建立了良好的互信關係，她是一位擁有專業知識且親切溫暖的教練，同時又可以客觀地分析議題。
一開始，Ivy也詢問我的期望以及目標，也與我溝通教練課程能夠達到的效果為何，在過程中督促我不斷檢視自己的目標以及核心價值，讓我可以把時間和精力放在真正有意義的事情上，也要適時把可能較沒有關聯的部分學會擱置。非常感謝有Ivy陪我走過這一段路，也推薦希望在人生/職涯有所突破或進階的人和Ivy談一談。

I started to have the opportunity to participate in Ivy's coaching course in March this year. During these six meetings, Ivy and I have established a good relationship of mutual trust. She is a friendly and warm coach with professional knowledge and can analyze objectively issue.
At the beginning, Ivy also asked me about my expectations and goals, and also communicated with me the effect of the coaching course. During the process, I was urged to constantly review my goals and core values, so that I can focus my time and energy on what really makes sense. In fact, we should learn to put aside parts that may be less relevant in a timely manner. Thank you very much for having Ivy accompany me on this journey. I also recommend that anyone who wants to make a breakthrough or advancement in life/career talk to Ivy.

During our coaching, she stands in neutral points to analyze my situations and she helps me to peel out the outer layer of the maze and let me see the essential part of me. What is the most critical part I have learned from these sessions is to stay in a positive state and energy all the time and to create these happy thoughts. It is hard to anticipate what is next, but the only thing we can do is to be happy at this moment and do whatever we can do.
