S	Sanne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We vonden het afgelopen jaren fijn om in het midsomer huis te komen, maar het huis wordt totaal niet bingehouden. Dit jaar was het wel heel erg, lekkages, stink put in de badkamer en er is geen gat meer voor het droogrek, waardoor je moet kiezen tussen de parasol of droogrek. Zaterdag gebeld voor de lekkage, maandag zou er iemand komen... maandag niemand, weer gebeld, dinsdag weer gebeld.. elke keer de belofte dat er iemand zou komen. Uiteindelijk kwam er woensdag eindelijk iemand. We mochten die dag geen douche gebruiken ivm droogtijd van de kit. Al die tijd amper gedouched omdat we rekening wilde houden met de eigenaren van het huis, zodat er niet nog meer schade zou komen. En zodat we beneden aan tafel niet nat werden! Na afloop vd vakantie, toch weer geboekt voor volgend jaar. Wel een mail gestuurd met de vraag of er gecompenseerd kon worden voor de lekkage e.d. Hun reactie; we hebben u een plezier gedaan en uw reservering geannuleerd, dan hoeft u zich er volgend jaar ook niet aan te ergeren. Wooow... mega klantvriendelijk, niet dus! Dit is dus hoe ze omgaan met klanten die al jaren dit huis huren.. vaste klanten dus! Nou bij deze geen klant meer.. want dit is niet de manier hoe je met klanten omgaat! Ik zou het zeker niet aanraden om via metz te huren! In recent years we enjoyed coming to the midsomer house, but the house is not kept at all. This year it was very bad, leaks, stink pit in the bathroom and there is no longer a hole for the drying rack, so you have to choose between the umbrella or drying rack. Called Saturday for the spill, someone would come on Monday ... nobody on Monday, called again, called Tuesday again ... every time the promise that someone would come. Finally, someone finally came on Wednesday. We were not allowed to use a shower that day because of the drying time of the kit. All the while barely showered because we wanted to take into account the owners of the house, so that there would be no more damage. And so we didn't get wet down at the table! After the holiday, booked again for next year. However, an email was sent with the question whether compensation could be made for the leakage, etc. Their response; we have done you a favor and canceled your reservation, so you don't have to be annoyed next year. Wooow ... mega customer friendly, not so! So this is how they deal with customers who have been renting this house for years .. so regular customers! Well with this one no more customer .. because this is not the way you deal with customers! I definitely wouldn't recommend renting through metz!
V	Verena Kühn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ausstattung ist wohl stilvoll, aber vieles abgenutzt und abgewohnt. Kaputte terassentür, zerkratzte Pfannen, durchgelegene Matratzen. Tolerierbar, wenn nicht auch noch der Wasserschaden ignoriert worden wäre. Im Wohnbereich tropfte das Wasser von der Decke, durch den Schrank und die Dunstabzugshaube auf die Zerankochfeld. Nach wiederholtem Anmerken des Schadens wurde er als Lappalie abgetan und uns wurde gedroht, wir würden bei Behebung des Problems rausgeschmissen werden und unser Urlaub sei vorbei. Eine Alternativunterkunft wurde uns nicht angeboten. Zudem war die Wohnung schlecht geputzt. Überall Sand auf dem Boden, verschmierte Oberflächen mit Schlieren, Krümel auf der Fußmatte im Eingang. Der Hund des Vormieters hatte einen Stock auf dem „stilvollen“ Langflorteppich im Wohnbereich in kleine Stückchen zerteilt. Diese lagen noch überall mit unendlich vielen Haaren herum. Meine beiden Kinder spielten also zwangsläufig dazwischen. Mehr als bescheiden im Krabbelalter! Entgegen der Angabe eines Internetanschluss war er nicht nutzbar. Einloggen ja, nutzbar nicht.
