★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade eigentlich. Super duroc Fleisch. Aber wenn Frau Regolin nicht da ist bekommt man nicht mal zwei gleich große Koteletts geschnitten.
Sind nicht wirklich in der Lage.Das dritte mal.
Traurig beim letzten Metzger in Wesel. Geschweige das letzten keiner wusste was ein richtiges Rib Eye Steak ist...Da will man beim Metzger kaufen und mehr Geld ausgeben und....? Schade, schade, scgade
It's a shame actually. Great duroc meat. But if Ms. Regolin is not there, you don't even get two chops of the same size cut.

Sad at the last butcher in Wesel. Let alone the last nobody knew what a real rib eye steak was ... You want to buy from the butcher and spend more money and .... ? Too bad, too bad, scgade

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Fleisch in top Qualität. Aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Besondere Zuschnitte - kein Problem. Ob von Hausmannskost bis American BBQ Cuts, nach Absprache bekommt man hier alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Endlich ein Metzger, der nicht nur sein Handwerk versteht, sondern auch stets auf dem Laufenden ist. Neben dem Üblichen wird auch selbst Dry Aged Fleisch hergestellt. Regionales Fleisch und die Qualität steht vor Quantität!
Habe so eben noch 4kg Spareribs (St. Louis Cut) vom Duroc abgeholt.
Great meat in top quality. Attentive and friendly service. Special cuts - no problem. From home cooking to American BBQ cuts, by arrangement you can get everything your heart desires.
Finally a butcher who not only understands his trade, but is also always up to date. In addition to the usual, dry aged meat is also produced. Regional meat and quality comes before quantity!
I just picked up 4kg spare ribs (St. Louis Cut) from the Duroc.

Mein Kassenbon hatte am 12.08.2021 noch einen erheblichen Betrag von einem anderen Kunden im System. Das darf nicht passieren!
Wurde aber bemerkt und sofort korrigiert.
1a quality and friendly staff.
On August 12, 2021, my receipt from another customer still had a significant amount in the system. That can't happen!
But it was noticed and corrected immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die definitiv beste Metzgerei die ich kenne . Erstklassige Fleisch- und Wurstwaren , beste Bratwurst/Mettwurst/Leberkäse im stets knackigen Brötchen ( *GEHEIMTIPP* ) , leckeres Mittagsmenü und superliebe Menschen .
5* weil ich mehr nicht geben kann
Definitely the best butcher shop I know. First-class meat and sausage products, the best bratwurst / Mettwurst / Leberkäse in always crunchy rolls (* SECRET TIP *), delicious lunch menu and super-nice people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute habe ich auf dem Xantener Weihnachtsmarkt die schlechtesten Reibekuchen meines Lebens (5,- €) gegessen - fetttriefend und mit reichlich Rülps-Potential für den Rest des Tages. Da ist selbst 1 Stern Zuviel! Wieso kann/muss das bei einer so hoch gelobten Metzgerei sein?
Today I ate the worst potato pancakes of my life (5, - €) at the Xanten Christmas market - greasy and with plenty of burping potential for the rest of the day. Even 1 star is too much! Why can / must that be in such a highly acclaimed butcher's shop?
