W	Waldemar Spletzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Erfahrung mit Sessel Twice TW04 in den Größen L (Jahr 2016) und auch in M ( jetzt 2020). Gleicher Fehler, Bruch des Haltebügels!!! Fehlerhafter Akku, bereits im Handel neu gekauft. Kommunikation mit der Fabrik ist nicht möglich. Habe jetzt wegen Schaden in 2020 bereits zwei eMails geschrieben, Firma reagiert nicht! Der 1. Schaden war noch während der Garantiezeit, es dauerte unendlich lange über die Verkaufsfirma und Dialog mit Toekomst!!!!. Nie wieder De Toekomst! Der schlechteste Service, den ich je erlebt habe!!! Hatte bisher auch noch nie Probleme mit Möbeln, Sesseln anderer Firmen!!! Nicht zu empfehlen. Bad experience with armchair Twice TW04 in sizes L (year 2016) and also in M (now 2020). Same error, break of the bracket !!! Faulty battery, already bought in stores. Communication with the factory is not possible. I have already written two emails due to damage in 2020, the company is not responding! The first damage was still during the guarantee period, it took an infinitely long time through the sales company and dialogue with Toekomst !!!!. No more De Toekomst! The worst service I have ever experienced !!! Never had problems with furniture, armchairs from other companies !!! Not recommendable.
W	W R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte ervaring met Relaxstoel. In 6 jaar tijd, 4x gebroken rugleuning, 2x een gebroken las rvs armleuning, 1 x een kapotte rits, 1 gebroken gasveer. Communicatie met fabriek niet mogelijk. Binnen garantie reparaties uitgevoerd, daarna reparaties zelf betaald. Totaal ca € 500,- Nooit weer De Toekomst ! Heb 3 jaar geleden de review hierboven geplaatst. Toen had ik 4x een gebroken rugleuning. Intussen is de 5e keer een feit. De laatste reparatie van de rugleuning heeft me 200 euro gekost. De stoel heeft me totaal nu 700 euro aan reparaties gekost. Het ontwerp van het rugframe is gewoon te slap en van slechte kwaliteit. Op de 2 fotos is het gebroken frame te zien, het is een hol buisje met een inwendige diameter van ca15mm. ( naar mijn mening een ontwerp /constructiefout ) Helaas wil De Toekomst dit niet toegeven. De rug van deze XL stoel is ca 80cm lang. Er is niet veel kracht nodig om de rugleuning in de ligstand onderin te breken. Ik weeg 90 kg. Stoel was 1800 euro. De Toekomst is voor altijd verleden tijd ! Ik koop hier nooit iets weer. Bad experience with Relax chair. In 6 years, 4x broken backrest, 2x broken weld stainless steel armrest, 1x broken zipper, 1 broken gas spring. Communication with factory not possible. Repairs carried out under warranty, then paid for repairs myself. Total about € 500,- Never again The Future! Posted the review above 3 years ago. Then I had a broken backrest 4 times. In the meantime, the 5th time is a fact. The last repair of the backrest cost me 200 euros. The chair has now cost me a total of 700 euros in repairs. The design of the back frame is just too flimsy and of poor quality. The broken frame can be seen on the 2 photos, it is a hollow tube with an internal diameter of approximately 15 mm. (in my opinion a design/construction error) Unfortunately, De Toekomst does not want to admit this. The back of this XL chair is about 80 cm long. Not much force is needed to break the backrest into the reclining position at the bottom. I weigh 90 kg. Seat was 1800 euros. The Future is forever a thing of the past! I will never buy anything here again.

Wij hebben hierdoor de juiste keuze kunnen maken. Prachtige showroom en wat een keuze,geweldig. Made an appointment for the showroom. At 13.00 we were warmly welcomed and we received a professional explanation of the armchairs we had selected. This enabled us to make the right choice. Beautiful showroom and what a choice, great.

Is geen productiefout volgens fabrikant: 560 Euro moeten betalen. 2020: opnieuw voet afgebroken, offerte van 335 Euro. 2021: armleuning afgebroken. Ik weeg 78kg, woon alleen en wissel de relaxen elke maand zodat ze effectief maar de helft vd tijd gebruikt worden. Als 60+ kan ik opnieuw op zoek naar mijn laatste aankoop. 4.160 Euro down the drain. ... Rechtse zetel in foto is vervanging van dealer. Zetel met gebroken voet is in herstelling sinds 3/11/2020. "Offerte" van 335 Euro ontvangen op 12/1/2021. In 2014 bought 2 electric recliners with top quality leather for 3600 Euro. 1st defect within warranty: footstool no longer wants to fold. 2019: foot broken off + footstool will not collapse again. Is not a production error according to manufacturer: 560 Euro to pay. 2020: broken foot again, offer of 335 Euro. 2021: armrest broken down. I weigh 78 kg, live alone and change the relaxes every month so that they are only used half of the time. As a 60+ I can look for my latest purchase again. 4.160 Euro down the drain. ... Mijn moeder en ik hebben rondgekeken in uw showroom, waarbij wij hartelijk zijn verwelkomt door Wilma. Zij heeft ons koffie aangeboden, waardoor mijn moeder zich welkom voelde en zij even kon uitrusten. Dat vinden wij beide bijzonder, aangezien Wilma een echte gastvrouw is. Wilma kwam voor ons met oplossingen waardoor zij echt met de mens mee denkt. Een echte vakvrouw. Dat is het vermelden waard. Wij geven haar een 10.
