★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zogezegd op voorraad en na enkele weken een bericht krijgen dat de bestelling geannuleerd en terugbetaald is zonder opgegeven reden. Ze zeggen dat we telefonisch geannuleerd hebben maar er is nooit telefonisch contact geweest en ook nooit gevraagd voor annulering.
Supposedly in stock and after a few weeks receive a message that the order has been canceled and refunded for no reason. They say we canceled by phone but there was never any contact by phone and never asked for cancellation.

+ Vriendelijke medewerkers en bezorgers
- Slechte communicatie, dan weer email dan weer telefoon, je moet overal achteraan bellen omdat je maar niets hoort. Er is volgens mij geen vaste klantenservice dus dan krijg je elke keer iemand anders uit de showroom aan de lijn, wat het erg moeilijk maakt om dingen af te stemmen en je weer moet wachten om teruggebeld te worden.
- Korting was niet mogelijk ondanks dat je meerdere dingen bij ze afneemt want zgn. 'vaste prijzen'
- I.p.v. 12 weken is het door corona 15 weken geworden, zelfs dat was te krap want in totaal bijna 18 weken (!) geduurd voor we eindelijk de bestelling kregen
- Moest zelf ook nog een verhuislift regelen want zelf hebben ze er geen
+ Beautiful furniture and showroom, we are very happy with our purchase
+ Friendly employees and delivery guys
- Bad communication, then email then phone again, you have to call everywhere because you don't hear anything. I don't think there is a fixed customer service line so you get someone else from the showroom on the phone every time, which makes it very difficult to coordinate things and you have to wait again to be called back.
- Discount was not possible despite the fact that you purchase several things from them because so-called 'fixed prices'
- instead of 12 weeks it has become 15 weeks due to corona, even that was too tight because in total it took almost 18 weeks (!) before we finally received the order
- Also had to arrange a moving lift because they don't have one themselves

Bank begon al na 3 jaar af te breken, maar nu is het wel een schandaal.
Kwaliteit wat deze winkel verkoopt is nog rommel.
Geen huisdieren/kinderen die de bank vernield hebben!
HIER NIETS KOPEN TENZIJ JE MET ELLENDE WILT KOMEN TE ZITTEN!!!

Bank started to break down after 3 years, but now it is a scandal.
Quality what this shop sells is still rubbish.
No pets/children who have destroyed the sofa!
DON'T BUY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET MIDDLE!!!
