Can't say anything good about this business. Spare part never arrived. You were constantly put off. And not exactly friendly on the phone.

Letztes Jahr, das erste mal eine Reperatur benötigt. Top. Am selben Tag gekommen und Problem behoben. Freundlich, schnell und pünktlich. Sehr zu empfehlen Called 10 years ago and asked for a specific washing machine. Delivered and connected on the same day. Last year, the first time a repair is needed. Top. Preise auch ok. Can only report good things. Good advice, prompt delivery. Dishwasher was installed right away, all inclusive. Already bought 4 devices there. Again and again. Prices ok too.
M	MariEd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestern die Waschmaschine kaputt gegangen..... Hatten eine Constructa jetzt gerade für 599 € noch im "Angebot "...... Darauf vertraut,denn man will die Geschäfte vor Ort auch unterstützen, geliefert bekommen u anschließend im Internet nachgeschaut,die gibt es schon für unter 400 € inklusive Lieferung. Das nenne ich mal etwas überteuert.... Dann hatten wir noch eine Frage zum Trockner, wie man ihn sauber bekommt und es wurde uns flüchtig erklärt dass man die Blende abmachen muss und das vorsichtig. Guter Service wäre gewesen diese besagte Blende eben zu öffnen ( 1 Minute Zeitaufwand) mir ist sie leider kaputt gegangen. Fazit :dieses "Geschäft" ist ein Grund nur noch online oder in Großmärkten wie z.B. Saturn zu kaufen. Ein ? ist noch zu viel. The washing machine broke yesterday ..... Just had a Constructa for 599 € still in the "offer" ...... Trust in it, because you want to support the local shops, get it delivered and then look it up on the Internet, which is available for less than € 400 including delivery. That's what I call a little overpriced ... Then we had a question about the dryer, how to get it clean and it was briefly explained to us that you have to take off the cover and do it carefully. Good service would have been to just open the said cover (1 minute expenditure of time) but unfortunately it broke. Conclusion: this "business" is a reason to only buy online or in wholesale markets such as Saturn. One ? is still too much.
9	92LaS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2x Kunde gewesen, zwei mal verschaukelt worden. 1.Fall: simples Ersatzteil bestellt für Kühlschrank, kam nie an. 3x angerufen und nachgefragt, der Typ wurde mit jedem Anruf unfreundlicher. Habs irgendwo anders unkompliziert gekauft. 2.Fall: Ersatzschlauch für Spülmaschine vor Ort gekauft. Eine mögliche Rückgabe wäre kein Problem, habe extra nachgefragt. Das wollte ich dann auch tun. Ging aber nicht so leicht. Sein Chef müsste das genehmigen hieß es, nur sei der im Urlaub. Ich solle in 2 Wochen mal anrufen. Aus 2 wurden 6 Wochen. Immer wieder vertröstet, er sei grade nicht da. Bin 3x im Laden gewesen, wurde immer abgewimmelt und vertröstet. Beharrlichkeit macht sich bezahlt: beim vierten mal macht er die Kasse auf und drückt mir das Geld lässig grinsend in die Hand, als wenn nichts wär. Ich bewerte selten schlecht, aber dieser Laden geht mal überhaupt nicht. Twice been a customer, twice been fooled. 1st case: a simple spare part ordered for the refrigerator, never arrived. Called and asked 3 times, the guy became more unfriendly with every call. Got it easily bought somewhere else. Case 2: Replacement hose for dishwasher bought on site. A possible return would not be a problem, I specifically asked. I wanted to do that too. But it wasn't that easy. His boss would have to approve it, it was said, only he was on vacation. I should call in 2 weeks. 2 became 6 weeks. Repeatedly put off that he wasn't there. Have been to the store 3 times, and was always put off and put off. Perseverance pays off: the fourth time, he opens the till and puts the money in my hand with a casual grin, as if nothing was. I rarely rate badly, but this place doesn't work at all.

Die neue Maschine wurde angeschlossen und die alte Maschine wurde mitgenommen. Alles top und sehr freundlich. Kann ich empfehlen. I was given quick and competent advice on the phone. Delivery took place 3 days later. The new machine was connected and the old machine was taken away. Everything was great and very friendly. I can recommend it.
