Ik had dit bij de aankoop niet gezien) kan niet. Wordt erg stuurs op mijn klacht gereageerd. En dan hoor ik bij t uitlopen vd winkel ook nog de eigenaresse zeggen tegen de andere kassajuf dat ze haar dag niet heeft ivm hommelus met haar zus. Lekker professioneel. Nee, ik kwam er vaak, maar dat hoort tot het verleden. Lousy service, exchange of a defective earcuff (there is something very sharp on the edge that makes wearing very painful. I had not seen this when purchasing) is not possible. Very rude response to my complaint. And then when I walk out of the store I also hear the owner say to the other cashier that she is not having her day because of a bumblebee with her sister. Nice and professional. No, I used to go there often, but that's a thing of the past.

Ik wens ze heel veel sterkte met deze nieuwe, gedwongen sluiting (neem contact met ze op als je iets wilt kopen!). Hopelijk tot snel in de winkel! Beautiful store with beautiful things, jewelry and beautiful brands. Nicole and her colleagues have a personal and warm approach and are very helpful.
