Na informatie te hebben ingewonnen wilden wij afzien van een samenwerking waarin wij meerdere malen per telefoon en email hebben gemeld geen gebruik te willen maken van hun diensten. Vervolgens is een spam aan mails gekomen met aandringen op samenwerking terwijl de afwijzing duidelijk was. Onderstaande mail als laatste ontvangen waarbij voor ons de maat vol is en we dit online publiceren om andere te waarschuwen. Beste Thomas & Armando, Wij hebben zelden zo’n slechte ervaring gehad als met een salestraject als met La Souris Scooters. Wat een ontzettende tegenvaller is dit zeg. Mijn collega Marinus is nav een nadrukkelijk verzoek bij jullie langsgeweest in Doetinchem, waarna wij meermalig contact hebben gehad en een uitgebreid voorstel/ offerte diende op te maken, voor de opening van filiaal Enschede. Hier hebben wij veel tijd en energie inzitten (zie onderstaand voorstel + studiowerkzaamheden). Om nu na veel belletjes en mailtjes niks meer te laten horen en eenmalig koud te reageren met 1 zin: ‘wij hebben geen interesse’, vind ik ronduit schandalig. Ik zal jullie dan ook zeker afraden binnen en buiten ons netwerk en indien de kans zich voordoet, een negatieve review achterlaten. Succes met de handel. Met vriendelijke groet, Viktor W. After obtaining information, we wanted to abandon a collaboration in which we reported several times by telephone and email that we did not want to use their services. Then a spam came to emails with insistence on cooperation while the rejection was clear. Receive the last email below where the measure is full for us and we publish this online to warn others. Dear Thomas & Armando, We have rarely had such a bad experience as with a sales process like with La Souris Scooters. What a terrible disappointment this is. My colleague Marinus visited you in Doetinchem following an express request, after which we had multiple contacts and had to prepare an extensive proposal / quotation for the opening of the Enschede branch. We have a lot of time and energy in this (see proposal below + studio work). To say nothing after a lot of calls and emails and to respond cold once with 1 sentence: "we are not interested", I find it utterly outrageous.
