Is a very good company. I am always treated well as a supplier. Always friendly contact and nice workers. Like to go there.

Ne parlant que très peu le néerlandais, j'ai demandé à la secrétaire en néerlandais si quelqu'un parlait français. Elle m'a simplement répondu non! Du coup nous avons eu des informations très limitées, même en anglais c'était très compliqué de communiquer. Dommage car il y a un beau showroom. Bad reception at the reception. We had been told that there were people who spoke French there. Speaking very little Dutch, I asked the Dutch secretary if anyone spoke French. She simply said no! So we had very limited information, even in English it was very difficult to communicate. Too bad because there is a beautiful showroom.

Toen ik het juiste grind had gevonden naar receptie gegaan om te bestellen (dacht ik). Aangezien ik particulier was niet mogelijk (wist ik niet). Dame bij receptie zei dat als ik beter op de website had gekeken, ik dan geweten had dat er enkele B2B mogelijk was. Ok, mijn fout inderaad, had ik me beter moeten oriënteren. Verder werd mij gevraagd hoe ik binnen gekomen was. Nou, gewoon via de poort binnengereden. Voelde me meteen al niet welkom meer... Ongevraagd kreeg ik een print van een dealer in de buurt met catalogusprijzen. Ik wist even genoeg. Als je graag als kleuter behandeld wil worden, stap dan gerust eens binnen hier... Had een Afspraak met adviseur maar weet niet waar hij /zij was You walk around the site yourself. For questions, go back to the reception. Large site with lots of choice. First choose then advice. Not my way of shopping. Had an appointment with advisor but don't know where he/she was

Friendly people, I downloaded in a few minutes .... a nice company, they don't have a parking space, they don't have showers, otherwise it's ok .....

De dames van de receptie hebben mij vakkundig advies gegeven en hebben zelfs geholpen met het tillen van de tegels. Last week selected very beautiful natural stone tiles in the outlet.
