Ich bin dafür, traditionelle Fachgeschäfte zu nutzen und nicht große Monopolisten... Durch die bessere Beratung wird das belohnt. Very friendly owner and waitress in the book and stationery shop in the pedestrian zone in Emmerich. I am in favor of using traditional specialty shops and not big monopolists ... Das Buch welches ich haben wollte wurde gleich bestellt und am nächsten Morgen war es dann da und ich bräuchte nix abzuzahlen da ich ja erstmal schauen sollte ob es mir auch gefallen würde sonst könnte sie mir ja auch ein anderes bestellen. Und mir wurde nicht das teuerste empfohlen sondern nach ihrer Meinung nach das beste und das war dann auch noch recht preiswert. Ich werde mir nu jeden Monat dort ein Buch über mein Hobby bestellen. I have been very friendly and well advised there. The book I wanted to have was ordered right away and the next morning it was there and I would not have to pay anything because I should first see if I would like it otherwise they could order me another one. And I was not recommended the most expensive but in their opinion the best and that was also quite cheap. Every month I will order a book about my hobby there.

Schnell wieder mit dem Rad zum Laden, neues Buch schon ausgesucht und der Verkäuferin alles erklärt . Sie antwortete nur, sie dürfe das Buch nicht umtauschen. Weil es mit Gutschein gekauft war. Würde in der Kasse nach Betrug aussehen oder so. Kann man nicht und muss man nicht verstehen! Das Geschäft werde ich bestimmt nicht mehr betreten. Exchanging books is a problem. I bought a book with a voucher, went home and found that we already had it. Quickly back to the shop with the bike, new book already selected and the seller explained everything. She only replied that she should not exchange the book. Because it was bought with a voucher. Would look like fraud in the till or something. You can't and you don't have to understand! I'm definitely not going to enter the shop again.
