β β β β β Perfect service, online booking system is very clear. The test was executed in the morning and had the results within 12 hours. However the test location in Rotterdam is in an old and dirty GP clinic.

β β β β β Booked a slot for a PCR test as this is the only place who guarantees a result on the same day. Have been there at 09:45, took me 5 minutes, parking for free, super professional employees and the result i received in a secured email before 10 pm. There is no place in NL you can get this service.

β β β β β Was returning from Netherland to China and it was mandatory for me to have a PCR test. And I had to reschedule my appointment twice and staff worked at coronalab, Prasad, was very helpful. He replied to my urgent message on Sunday evening and solved my big trouble. The result also went out pretty fast, for me, it only took like 7 hours. I did the test in the morning and the result was released right in the afternoon. Very efficient service for someone who had tight schedule to travel:) Highly recommended and thank you Prasad.

β β β β β Good experience with the lab, the local is big and clean, everything is organized, and I received my results in time as they promised. Then I would like to highlight their excellent service, they replied my emails promptly even in the late night, and all my problems (ex: booking issues) and questions were taken care of immediately. Really recommend it!

β β β β β The start of the COVID-19 test process in The Hague was good. However, the delivery of the test results was a pain. The results were delayed, there was no communication that the result was delayed. After receiving the result they were encrypted and our computer did not have the software to de-crypt the results, so we did not have the results. We were asked to provide passport details to receive a readable report, and after that was provided within 10 minutes, the results were still not send. Two days later still no message from this organisation. So, if you are searching for a quick test and outcome, I would not recommend this company.

β β β β β Received my money back after almost 4 weeks but I got it.
Update: I made a new appointment but I had to cancel it due change of plans and itβs been the 10 business days (2 weeks) and I havenβt received my money back!! Iβve worked in financials and I donβt know why itβs so hard for this company to refund customers!
I was so happy because my first test process was so smooth but with my refund taking SO LONG itβs really disappointing!!
I hope I get my money back soon!
