★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1ST REPAIR: cost 1 million to repair apple iphone 11 pro max turbo super but gave me back a samsung huaweii chinnese iphone 5 and it had a massive bullet hole in the middle of the screen and gave my iphone 11 pro max super turbo xx plus limited edition extreme fast reliable to a lama and it ran away
2ND REPAIR: im complaining because, they repaired my iphone 11 pro max, and my camera were missing. charging port had liquid pouring out. and they gave me the wrong device. i gave an 11 promax and i got a 11. And the lcd. arnt sealed. screen fell apart and some how.is very terrible. no athesive on my 11 pro.

When bringing in the device the person helping me was very helpful, explained things well, gave me various options and was friendly and patient.
They called me the next day telling me part of the repair was done and for the other part they did a suggestion for a different option, which in the end saved me a lot of money.
On day 5 i already got an email early in the morning saying all was fixed and i could pick it up!
My MacBook Pro is as new again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apple's Butterfly keyboard is a headache as we all know. So I had to return my MacBook three times during the first three years of warranty. Apple's own customer service advised me to go to Microfix, because they have an indoor repair centre so that saves a few days compared to bringing the notebook to a shop. And indeed bring it on Monday and your machine is ready by the end of Thursday afternoon. Moreover while my warranty period just is over, they helped me with a problem with the Enter key on the spot. Friendly service. With a smile and even a laugh. Outside Corona periods there is a machine to lift your spirits with some fresh coffee.

Mitchel helped me with what I thought was a hopeless case (unlocking my old mac book). He explored literally each possible option while being very patient and kind. The result is that I gained access to 15 years of memories captured in pictures, which I thought were lost. I tried geting help in other places, but no one was able to help me until I found MicroFix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My MacBook Air didnt work any longer after 2 years. Ive brought this to Apple to check what’s up. Unfortunately the motherboard was defect. Probably due to using the power adaptor with extra extension plugs as this generation only has only mini USB ports. (Which is really not functional) they told me that that can only replace the motherboard for 385eur ex VAT and all data was lost. I didn’t really believe this was the only option. When I went to Micro fix and told this story I’m looking for repair and data back. When I got a message back: they could fix the motherboard but not sure if the data could be saved for only 900 euro !!! I told them this is way to expensive for repair. So I’ve picked this up (needed to pay 65 eur for nothing) and went to a Mac specialist MAC CARE Amsterdam they have fixed the motherboard and all data / settings is there for 400 eur. I call this Micro Fix service lazy/ we don’t care / over priced and not look at proper repairing. Never going back for service there.

Regardless the employee (sorry I don’t remember his name) took the effort to check my laptop and keyboard, even pointing out a service program at Apple that I would be eligible for. Very happy with the service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid going to Microfix as they are completely rip off they charge 35 euros just to let you know that screen is broke rather go to ThePhone Lab their diagnose is free of cost and much reliable and friendly staff. They do absolute nothing with your phone. Fake waiting time, Fake diagnose just to charge your money. Avoid at any cost!!!!
