Ich fühlte mich sehr kompetent und fachkundig beraten,durch die Bemühungen meine Rechte als Mieter durchzusetzen sind mir fast 6000€ erspart geblieben und ich muss jetzt nur noch die gerechtfertigten 112€ zahlen. Danke dafür Herr W. Last year, I joined the Mieterschutzbund because of the much higher cost of service bill in 2016 and 2017 and that was exactly the right decision I felt very competent and expert advice, through the efforts to enforce my rights as a tenant me almost 6000 € spared and I have to pay now only the justified 112 €. Thanks for that Mr. W.

Ich habe mir hilfe beim mieterschutzbund suchen müssen da sich die wohnbau Dinslaken quer stellen tut beim um bau vom badewanne auf dusche trotz das ich die Bestätigung habe von der pflegekasse und die den um bau mit 4000euro unterstützen tut. Ich finde das die wohnbau Dinslaken nicht ihre Mieter unterstützen tut die ihre hilfe brauchen. Very well keep it up. I had to seek help from the tenant protection association, because the Dinslaken residential building is doing something about the conversion from the bathtub to the shower, despite the fact that I have the confirmation from the care fund and that is supporting the conversion with 4000 euros. I think that Wohnbau Dinslaken does not support its tenants who need your help.

Jahresbeitrag wird auch für das komplette Jahr fällig wenn man sich erst im Dezember anmeldet und dann darf man im Januar nochmal zahlen für das folgende Jahr. Hinzukommt, dass nur geprüft wird, für alles weitere muss man eh einen Anwalt nehmen. Haben jetzt direkt einen Rechtschutz abgeschlossen, ist günstiger und es wird alles geklärt. Also auf gar keinen Fall zu diesem Verein!!! I can only advise everyone to go to the tenant protection association! Annual fee is also due for the entire year if you register in December and then you can pay again in January for the following year. In addition, you only have to check, for everything else you have to hire a lawyer anyway. Have now taken out legal protection, it is cheaper and everything will be clarified. So definitely not to this club!

Wir befanden uns im März, aufgrund einer Eigenbedarfskündigung, in einer absoluten Notsituation und haben, im ersten "Reflex", leider die Nummer vom MSB Wesel gewählt. Was dann folgte, war fast schlimmer als die Kündigung selbst! Absolute Inkompetenz, internes Kompetenzgerangel, keinerlei Dokumentation über Gespräche mit der Gegenseite, vertrauliche Informationen wurden an die Gegenseite weiter gegeben - unfassbar! Nehmt Euch bitte unbedingt in Acht vor diesem Verein!!! Vor allem der Geschäftsführer glänzt mit extremer Arroganz, Selbstgefälligkeit und Inkompetenz! Seine Handlungsempfehlungen entbehren jeder rechtlichen Grundlage und wenn man ihn darauf hinweist, wird man ignoriert. Nachfragen zu seinen Handlungsvorgaben wurden bis heute nicht beantwortet. Wir haben zum Glück noch rechtzeitig die Reißleine gezogen, aber dennoch hat uns die "Beratung" durch den MSB Wesel sehr sehr viel Geld gekostet. Definitely stay away! In March we found ourselves in an absolute emergency situation due to a termination for our own needs and, in the first "reflex", unfortunately dialed the number from MSB Wesel. What followed was almost worse than the termination itself! Absolute incompetence, internal wrangling over competence, no documentation whatsoever about conversations with the other side, confidential information was passed on to the other side - unbelievable! Please watch out for this club !!! Especially the managing director shines with extreme arrogance, complacency and incompetence! His recommendations for action have no legal basis and if you point them out to him, you will be ignored. Inquiries about his guidelines for action have not yet been answered. Fortunately we pulled the rip cord in time, but the "advice" from MSB Wesel cost us a lot of money.
