I travel to Indonesia so many times and only this restaurant serve the food like what I had ate in Indonesia. Sooo Original

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is a dark, cold and very wet and windy day in Rotterdam, but when we entered Mijn Boemboe to pick up our order we were immediately teleported to warm and fabulously fragrant Indonesia. Mijn Boemboe always lives up to expectation. Hard to choose as all dishes are superduper yummy. Today I had the Nasi Campur Mijn Boemboe plus a Sate Kambing, and people it is very worthwhile to make the trek to Peppelweg to this little gem! Very good for vegetarians also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very yummy n authentic Indonesian cuisine with reasonable prices. May be mild to the Asian standards but to the Europeans, it is perfect. The dishes were flavourful n the satays were good with the peanut sauce except for the satay kambeng (mutton) which was served with ketchap manis (sweetened dark sauce); not too much to my liking. The young waiter was very friendly n attentive. Thanks to Google, we found this gem tucked away in a less busy part of Rotterdam.
