F	Frank van Raaij on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas is de keuze voor deze kliniek onze hond noodlottig geworden. In de nacht contact opgenomen (zij was dienstdoende dierenarts) omdat onze hond plotseling erg ziek werd. Direct aangegeven dat alle symptomen van een maagtorsie aanwezig waren maar werden telefonisch met een kluitje in het riet gestuurd. Pas na 2 keer bellen konden we terecht. Daar aangekomen veel onnodige tijd verloren met administratief geneuzel en wachten op de assistent. Onze verder kerngezonde hond overleed op de operatietafel als gevolg van een hartstilstand. Zeker weten doen we het natuurlijk nooit, maar de tijd die we 's-nachts hebben verloren om deze arts te overtuigen dat de hond echt direct geopereerd moest worden en het invullen van allerlei formulieren voordat met ons überhaupt wilde helpen, zijn onze hond zo goed als zeker fataal geworden. Boos, gefrustreerd, verdrietig, onze hond is dood! Unfortunately, the choice for this clinic has made our dog fateful. Of course we never know for sure, but the time we lost at night to convince this doctor that the dog really had to be operated immediately and filling out all kinds of forms before helping us at all, are our dogs so good if certainly fatal. Angry, frustrated, sad, our dog is dead!

J	Jan Janssen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teveel wisselend personeel, zonder overgave bijzonderheden. Jaren klant / patiënt geweest met een epileptische hond. Waarbij de hond medicatie moet slikken. Koop ik de medicatie bij deze dierenarts betaal ik voor 1000 tabletten bijna €110,00, bestel ik bij pharmacy4petts betaal ik voor 1000 tabletten €54,00, de helft. Jaren kreeg ik van de Molen een recept om deze online te kunnen bestellen. Bij een bezoek met verzoek voor een herhalingsrecept werd mij te kennen gegeven dat dit nu alleen nog mogelijk zou zijn tegen betaling, daarmee ging ik akkoord. Na overleg met de arts was het niet meer mogelijk en zou betrokkene de hond ieder half jaar moeten controleren. Arts bezoek+ laboratorium kosten. (Uit informatie van de apotheek bleek dat de regelgeving per jaar heeft bepaald) hier ziet u dat het ook weer te doen is om het geld. Daarbij is de aard en wijze van het nemen van een bloedmonster ook niet de prettigste om bij aanwezig te zijn. Bij deze zelfde dierenarts wilde de rechter achterpoot amputeren op grond van een ontsteking in de teen van de rechter achterpoot. Na een contraexpertise door een andere dierenarts ( Camp Kleve) bleek de amputatie van 1 kootje van de teen te volstaan. Ik hoop dat u kunt begrijpen dat ik mijn vertrouwen in deze praktijk ben verloren...... Too many changing staff, without surrendering details. Years of customer / patient with an epileptic dog. After a counterexpertise by another veterinarian (Camp Kleve), the amputation of 1 leg of the toe was sufficient. I hope you can understand that I have lost faith in this practice ......
