★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively central location, reliable staff who also speaks English, all sorts of moving material (e. g. boxes, ropes, covers, etc.) can be bought on site. Toilets available.
The building is indeed clean and secure, with storage units of various size to be rented.
If you want to upgrade and downgrade of unit size and there is no availability, they put you on a waiting list. When it's available, they reach out, and they lend you a lock for the time needed to move your stuff from one unit to another.
One small downside: the storage building can't be accessed 24/7 for free (one needs to pay 10,-€/month) as it was the case previously at one of their other venue (i. e. in Zuid). Hence, beware that the building can't be accessed between 22:00 and 06:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am more then happy with MijnSafestore. It is the third time I book a storage with them and everytime it is a nice expérience. Everything is clear about the contract, the personal is really nice : help full, kind and patient (Thank you Nataly:)). I really recommand. I went to 2 différent location and both were perfect. The storages are secure and clean and well tempered. Really a great expérience. The location in Amsterdam ouest is easy to reach by tram in a very nice area. They really deserve the 5 stars ?
