★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use the service! Totally unreliable! On the 2 days of the agreed time the time was shifted later on and even then nobody appeared at the door. Both times the status was that there was no one at home and they left a message. In reality, we were home specifically to receive the package, no one ever came and left no messages. The drivers are unreliable and should be fired and hold responsible for the customers missing deadlines. There are many bad reviews for this business and they don't seem to care to improve. The sender customers should avoid using this company if they want to keep good reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time window of 5 hours. Even within the time window, Mikropakket was unable to give a more precise estimate. Getting a call/text 1 hour before estimated arrival was not possible, nor was I able to deliver the package to a Mikropakket-location myself at a time that suited me (this was an appointment for picking up goods).
Customer service answering the phone was friendly, but unable to be helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always had a pleasant experience with their service. Even though the centre of the Hague is a hard to reach place, they never let us down. Mustafa is a great guy and always cheerful, it’s a friendly face to see in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option for 0 star, that's what I would select. Company does not come on the delivery date or does not even ring at the apartment. All you get is a message saying you weren't at home, even if you have been waiting for them the whole day! Try to reschedule and you'll end up with the same. No one showing up and your package never delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and super fast response from Roos in the customer service team. I had a question about the status of a shipment and she resolved this over email in a matter of minutes. I know that sounds easy but this is a very rare attribute these days so Roos Rocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. They were supposed to deliver my passport, their website showed the delivery time between 12.00 and 16.00, but no one showed up. I called them at 16.30 to check on the status and they assured me it will be delivered today. Fast forward 3 hours, the website now says a delivery date to the following day. I’m supposed to be flying in a day and not sure if I’ll receive my passport in time for my flight.
Very surprising to see consulate and embassies using third tier courier companies and charging a bomb for the service. DONT USE THEM!
