Naast schoenen heb ik ook me reistassen hier gekocht. Zeer tevreden klant uit België! :) Mileto is one of those stores that I always visit when I visit Sluis for the day. Wide range of shoes that suit my style. In addition to shoes, I also bought my travel bags here. Very satisfied customer from Belgium! :)
K	KHuisman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer ontevreden over de service van dit bedrijf en de slechte kwaliteit producten!! 2 rode koffers gekocht, terwijl ik deze in de auto leg zie ik dat van 1 de rits kapot is. Dus direct terug naar de winkel. Wat wilt u, dezelfde kleur, ja graag. Nou dezelfde kleur is er nog, maar ook daarbij een kapotte rits. Dus dan maar een zwarte kleur, ja die lijkt goed te zijn, dus die meegenomen. Wonderbaarlijk leek het 2e rode koffer die we gekocht hadden op het eerste oog wel goed te zijn. Tot dat je er een paar spullen in doet, het koffer zit nog niet eens vol, maar hij valt direct open en de spullen vallen er uit! Toch ook van dit rode koffer is de rits kapot. Hier kom ik 6 dagen na aankoop achter. Dus opgebeld, aangezien ik in de Achterhoek (oost-NL) woon en dit koffer dus in Sluis gekocht is, kom ik pas over 3 maanden weer in de buurt van Sluis. Dit uitgelegd, maar alleen als ik morgen terug kom dan kan ik mijn geld terug krijgen. Ik moet de volgende dag de hele dag werken dus ik heb geen mogelijkheid om heen en weer te rijden en 'even' 600km (300km enkele reis) af te leggen om 2 koffers terug te brengen als ik er over 3 maand toch kom en ik nu netjes gebeld heb binnen de garantie termijn. Hoewel dit bedrijf weet niks van het woord garantie. Dus nu is het geld weggegooid, €50,- zo de prullenbak in, want de koffers daar kunnen we niks mee! Very dissatisfied with the service from this company and the poor quality products !! I bought 2 red suitcases, while I put them in the car I see that the zipper of 1 is broken. So directly back to the store. What do you want, the same color, yes please. Well the same color is still there, but also a broken zipper. So then a black color, yes it seems to be good, so that included. Miraculously, the second red suitcase that we had bought seemed good at first glance. Until you put a few things in it, the suitcase is not even full, but it falls open immediately and the things fall out! Yet the zipper of this red suitcase is broken. I find this out 6 days after purchase. So I called, since I live in the Achterhoek (east-NL) and this suitcase is bought in Sluis, I will not be in Sluis again in 3 months. Explained this, but only if I come back tomorrow can I get my money back. I have to work all day the next day so I don't have the ability to drive back and forth and 'just' travel 600km (300km one way) to bring back 2 suitcases if I arrive in 3 months and I neatly called within the warranty period. Although this company knows nothing of the word guarantee. So now the money is thrown away, € 50, - into the trash, because the suitcases we can't do anything with!

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en ook de service is top! I always buy my belts here and I am always satisfied. Good quality leather and price / quality make it one of the best stores for leather goods. The staff is very friendly and the service is great!
