Omdat ze heel creatief is. ze heeft fijne lijnen en ze is de allerbeste in portretten. je geeft een foto en die zet ze letterlijk erop. ook heb ik met mij slaeve met haar zelf dingen bedacht en uit freestyle gedaan wat goed is uitgepakt.en ook iets unieks heb wat niemand anders heeft.ook daar moet je heel creatief voor zijn en inzicht voor hebben! Because she is very creative. she has fine lines and she is the very best at portraits. you give a photo and they literally put it on it. I also came up with things with her slave and I did things out of freestyle which turned out well. And I also have something unique that no one else has. Indien het kan past ze het dan zelf aan en laat ze het altijd zien aan je. Perfect gevoel voor klant en tattoo. Echt een artiest Jolanda really makes works of art with an eye for the customer and details ??? a sincere advice what you get. If something is not right or is not possible, she will just tell you. If possible, she will adjust it herself and always show it to you. Perfect sense for client and tattoo. Truly an artist

After being let down by The Tattoo Garden on schoolstraat (review has been posted), I was delighted to hear that Milligan’s was available to do my tattoo immediately. The two women working at Milligan’s were extremely friendly and professional. The whole place had a very relaxed and comfortable vibe. If a great price and a great tattoo is what you’re looking for, then Milligan’s is the place to go.

There was no sort of reaction from the artist and I had to pay 25€ for the needle, which I really didn't understand. Even after that I was not happy with the outcome. After 3 years the colour has faded and you still see how poorly she dealt with the lines. I won't be coming back!
