Initially I thought it was not a good idea but trust me post the massage I didn't feel like leaving, she put me in zen mode. She led me in a visualization meditation before starting and it really helped me to set an intention and release some emotions that had been needing to surface. Milou has amazing energy and the touch of a reiki healer. I would love to experience it again!
