Tijdens de lessen kom ik helemaal tot rust en gedurende de week ervaar ik zowel fysiek als mentaal meer balans. Wanneer ik voor de les last heb van lichamelijke ongemakken merk ik dat de pijn tijdens de les minder wordt en soms zelfs volledig verdwijnt. In de houdingen ervaar je waar jouw spanningen, grenzen en blokkades liggen. Door middel van je ademhaling kan je hier eenvoudig meer ruimte en ontspanning in aanbrengen, Joyce begeleidt je hier met haar warme stem doorheen. Voor mij zijn de lessen elke week weer een fijn moment voor mijzelf en ga ik heerlijk ontspannen naar huis. I think the lessons from Joyce are super nice and highly recommended. During the lessons I completely relax and during the week I experience more physical and mental balance. When I suffer from physical discomfort before class I notice that the pain decreases during class and sometimes even disappears completely. In the postures you experience where your tensions, boundaries and blockages lie. Through your breathing you can easily add more space and relaxation to it, Joyce guides you through this with her warm voice. For me the lessons every week are a great moment for myself and I go home to relax.

Joyce geeft op een perfecte manier les. Ze is rustig en heeft oog voor detail, daardoor voel ik me erg op mijn gemak. De lessen helpen mij om letterlijk en figuurlijk goed in mijn vel te zitten ? Super nice yoga lessons :) location is easily accessible, and the space very relaxing. The groups are fairly small, I find that very pleasant. Joyce teaches in a perfect way. She is calm and has an eye for detail, which makes me feel very comfortable. The lessons help me to feel good about myself literally and figuratively ?

Joyce deelt duidelijk en enthousiast haar ervaring en creëert een veilige omgeving om te ontdekken wat de fasciaballen voor je lichaam kunnen doen. The Yin & Fascia Workshop was a very nice combination of exercises and explanation. Joyce clearly and enthusiastically shares her experience, creating a safe environment to discover what the fascia balls can do for your body.
N	Natuurlijk Sofie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Yin Yoga les van Joyce vond ik super fijn! Ze geeft les met aandacht. Door de prettige sfeer voelde ik me direct thuis. Hierdoor kon ik beter luisteren naar de behoefte en signalen van mijn lichaam. Ik vind het ook heel tof hoe Joyce haar kennis over de maanstanden combineert in de yoga houdingen. Echt een aanrader! I really enjoyed the Yin Yoga class from Joyce! She teaches with attention. The pleasant atmosphere made me feel right at home. This allowed me to listen better to the needs and signals of my body. I also like how Joyce combines her knowledge of the phases of the moon in the yoga postures. Really recommended!
