★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben naar Barbara gegaan om mij te helpen om beter in te slapen. Ik was in eerste instantie sceptisch en dacht dat het misschien zweverig zou zijn. Maar Barbara stelt je erg op je gemak en ze staat met beide benen op de grond. Ik heb er veel baat bij gehad en ook inzicht erin gekregen waarom het inslapen soms wat lastig ging. Een aanrader!
 I went to Barbara to help me sleep better. I was skeptical at first and thought it might be floating. But Barbara puts you at ease and she is standing with both feet on the ground. I have benefited a lot and also gained insight into why falling asleep sometimes was a bit difficult. Recommended!
