H	Hermann Jobst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN, SEHR UNFREUNDLICH! Aufgrund von Corona mussten wir unseren gebuchten u. halb bezahlten Urlaub (Mai 21) leider absagen. Vor Reisen nach Holland wird aktuell gewarnt, Karantäne-Pflicht. Da die Anzahlung nicht zurück gezahlt wurde, fragte ich die Betreiberin, ob wir den Urlaub in den Herbst verschieben können. Hierauf bekam ich keine Antwort. Also schickte ich eine 2. mail, wieder keine Antwort. Ich schickte eine 3. mail, mit der Bitte, mir doch zu antworten. Zwischenzeitlich versuchte ich mehrmals telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen. Leider erfolglos. Heute kam dann endlich die Antwort: Sehr geehrte Frau ..., anbei sind die Mietbedingungen. Verlegen keine Option. Freundl. Grüße ... Nun, was soll ich sagen? Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, dass die Betreiberin in dieser Corona-Ausnahme-Situation nicht an einer alternativen Lösung für beide Seiten interessiert ist. Wenn sie z. B. einen Teil der Anzahlung einbehalten hätte und den anderen Teil auf einen Urlaub im Herbst angerechnet hätte, das wäre doch für beide Seiten eine akzeptable Lösung gewesen. Corona betrifft uns alle und ist für jeden von uns eine herausfordernde Ausnahme-Zeit. Zum Glück waren alle bisherigen Campingplatz-Betreiber in Holland und Europa, die wir in den letzten 10 Jahren kennen gelernt haben, freundliche, nette, flexible und hilfsbereite Menschen gewesen. Daher steht für uns fest: Camping Duno ist nicht zu empfehlen. Betreiberin ist unfreundlich und geldgierig. NOT RECOMMENDED, VERY UNFRIENDLY! Due to Corona, we unfortunately had to cancel our booked and half-paid vacation (May 21st). There is currently a warning against traveling to Holland, Karantäne is compulsory. Since the down payment was not paid back, I asked the operator if we could postpone the vacation until autumn. I got no answer to that. So I sent a 2nd mail, again no answer. I sent a third email asking me to answer. In the meantime, I tried to contact them by phone several times. Unfortunately unsuccessful. Today the answer finally came: Dear Ms. ..., attached are the rental conditions. Moving is not an option. Friendl. Greetings ... Well, what can I say? We are very disappointed that the operator is not interested in an alternative solution for both sides in this exceptional corona situation. If you z. B. had withheld part of the deposit and offset the other part against a vacation in autumn, that would have been an acceptable solution for both sides. Corona affects us all and is a challenging and exceptional time for each of us. Fortunately, all previous campsite operators in Holland and Europe that we have met over the past 10 years have been friendly, nice, flexible and helpful people. Therefore, one thing is clear to us: Camping Duno is not recommended. The operator is unfriendly and greedy for money.
M	Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöner, ruhiger Platz, toll durch Büsche und Hecken abgetrennte Parzellen mit eigenem Badezimmer pro Platz. Bad sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Super, dass man ein eigenes Bad ganz nah am Platz hat, vor allem mit Kindern. Zum Strand 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Brötchen und Co auf dem Nachbar Campingplatz in der Nähe. Nice, quiet place, great plots separated by bushes and hedges with their own bathroom per place. Bathroom very clean and functional. It's great that you have your own bathroom very close to the square, especially with children. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Bread rolls and co at the neighboring campsite nearby.
S	Stefan Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sauber, jeder Stellplatz hat eigenes abschließbares Bad mit WC. Größe dieses Raumes ca. 4qm. Very clean, each parking space has its own lockable bathroom with toilet. Size of this room about 4 square meters.

Die Laage ist wirklich super , mit dem Fahrrad ist der Strand in ca. 2 Minuten erreicht aber auch der Supermarkt und die die Stadtmitte sind mit dem Fahrrad nur 7 Minuten entfernt . Schön ist es auch mit den eigenen Sanitäranlagen (sauber ?)die direkt am eigenen Platz sind . Alles ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen , es wäre schön wenn der kleine Spielplatz intakt gewesen wäre und es nicht überall ein wenig nach Baustelle ausgesehen würde . Sonst waren wir zufrieden und werden auch vielleicht wieder kommen . Danke . Super Laage, a bit old. The Laage is really great, with the beach is reached in about 2 minutes but also the supermarket and the city center are only 7 minutes away by bike. It is also nice with its own sanitary facilities (clean ?) which are right on their own place. Everything was a bit old, it would be nice if the small playground would have been intact and it would not look a bit like construction site everywhere. Otherwise we were satisfied and will probably come again. Thank you .
