A typical camping shop. A reasonable to good range. Typical camping things that you have forgotten ;) more expensive than the regular supermarket.
S	Sven Windels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben im Roompot Callasande, Groten Keten, zwei Wochen Familienurlaub gemacht. Waren im Appartement Jaarplatz 50 über Privat. Namen des Chalets war Callantsduin. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Chalet ist übrigens ca 1,1 km vom Strand ( Haustür bis Strandpavillon per Google Maps) entfernt. Hier befindet sich vor den Dünen das Restaurant Prinzen Kerk. Sehr gut, vom Essen und Trinken ( ca 0,8 km). In der Nähe ist das Waschhaus mit Waschmaschine ( 5€) und Trockner ( 0,50€ je 10 min). Im Park gibt es einige schöne Spielplätze, Fußballfelder und ein ausreichend großes Schwimmbad ( welches gut gereinigt wird, aber abends recht trübes Wasser hat). Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind selten überfüllt. Im Restaurant kann gut gegessen werden, die Bedingungen sind recht jung und unerfahren. Würde ich sagen, da sie sehr zurückhaltend sind. Dieses merkt man, da man selbst teilweise die Initiative ergreifen muss, damit sie kommen. Allgemein ein schöner Park. Gut gewachsen. Bittet dem einfachen Camper mit Iglu bis hin zum mondänen Luxusliebhaber fast alles. Im Ort ist noch ein weiteres Restaurant und eine Tankstelle ( nur Karte). Man ist schnell in Juliannadorp ( im Nord-Winkel Aldi, Lidl, Fern, u.a.) und Den Helder. Die Kreisstadt Schagen hat auch eine große Innenstadt wo sich manch deutsche Großstadt hinter verstecken kann. Der nächste Urlaub geht wieder nach Nord-Holland. Würden auch gerne dieselbe Unterkunft nehmen, sie wird uns nur zu klein. P.s. Chalets im allgemeinen sind übrigens hellhöriger als Häuser ( zumindest drinnen). Nur als Tipp, falls ein Kind Mittagsschlaf braucht und die Anderen im Wohnzimmer spielen wollen. Aber dafür sind ja die Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Spent two weeks family vacation at Roompot Callasande, Groten Keten. Were in the apartment Jaarplatz 50 over private. Name of the chalet was Callantsduin. Very nicely decorated. The chalet is, by the way, about 1.1 km from the beach (front door to the beach pavilion via Google Maps). The Prinzen Kerk restaurant is located here in front of the dunes. Very good, from the food and drink (about 0.8 km). Nearby is the wash house with washing machine (5 €) and dryer (0.50 € per 10 min). In the park there are some nice playgrounds, soccer fields and a sufficiently large swimming pool (which is cleaned well, but has rather cloudy water in the evening). Recreational opportunities are rarely overcrowded. You can eat well in the restaurant, the conditions are quite young and inexperienced. I would say that they are very reserved. You notice this because you have to take the initiative yourself to get them to come. Generally a nice park. Grown well. Asks almost everything from the simple camper with igloo to the sophisticated luxury lover. There is another restaurant and a gas station in the village (card only). It's quick to get to Juliannadorp (in the north-corner Aldi, Lidl, Fern, etc.) and Den Helder. The district town of Schagen also has a large inner city where many German cities can hide behind. The next vacation goes back to North Holland. Would also like to take the same accommodation, it will just be too small for us. P.s. By the way, chalets in general are noisy than houses (at least inside). Just as a tip if a child needs a nap and the others want to play in the living room. But that's what the leisure opportunities are for.

Great shop for fast groceries. Good range of food, fresh products and basic camping needs. Open daily from 8 am to 8 pm.
