Het was een gezellige en leerzame cursus. Ik zou zeker weer voor een cursus bij Misencil kiezen. I want to give the team my compliments, how they received everyone and gave the course. Very enthusiastic employees and very helpful. It was a pleasant and educational course. I would definitely opt for a course at Misencil again.

In het verleden bij andere merk cursus gehad maar dat was echt een massa cursus. Bij Misencil doen zij het anders en persoonlijke aandacht staat hoog. Producten zijn van top kwaliteit en wat een verschil zeg. Ik ga nu zeker one by one oefenen en terug komen voor meerdere cursussen. Zin in. Bedankt team Misencil What a top team. Very professional and pay enough attention and time to the students. In the past I had a different brand course but that was really a mass course. At Misencil they do it differently and personal attention is high. Products are top quality and what a difference. I'm definitely going to practice one by one now and come back for multiple courses. J	Josephine Leow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb de starters cursus one by one gedaan bij Misencil. We zaten op een leuke locatie en ik vond het mooi ingericht. Wat ik erg fijn vind was dat de groepjes niet te groot zijn. Altijd maximaal 7 personen volgens mij. Hierdoor is er ook veel individuele aandacht. Het meisje die de training gaf was erg lief en alles werd goed en duidelijk uitgelegd. Verder was er altijd thee of koffie tijdens de cursus en de lunch was prima verzorgd. Er was een minpuntje. Ze zouden een model voor me regelen om erop te oefenen. Ze kwam wat laat en het bleek dat ze al extensions in had. Liever had ik dat geweten, dan had ik een eigen model meegenomen, die nog geen extensions had. Vandaar de 4 sterren. Al met al, een erg sympatieke dame die de training gaf. En ik vond het ook fijn dat er geen druk op je werd gelegd om producten van hun te kopen na afloop. Mocht ik nog een vervolgcursus willen doen, dan zou ik het weer bij hun doen. Josephine I have done the starters course one by one at Misencil. We were in a nice location and I thought it was nicely decorated. What I really like was that the groups are not too big. Always a maximum of 7 people in my opinion. Because of this there is also a lot of individual attention. The girl who gave the training was very sweet and everything was explained well and clearly. Furthermore, there was always tea or coffee during the course and the lunch was well taken care of. There was a downside. They would arrange a model for me to practice on. She arrived a bit late and it turned out she already had extensions. I'd rather have known that than I'd brought my own model that didn't have extensions. Hence the 4 stars. All in all, a very sympathetic lady who gave the training. And I also liked that no pressure was put on you to buy products from them afterwards. If I still want to do a follow-up course, I would do it again with them. Josephine

En ik vind het een hartstikke goed en fijn merk om te hebben. De cursus zelf is heel duidelijk, overzichtelijk en erg veel begeleiding. Top!! I have been here 2x as a model for a one by one and a russian volume course and I did my one by one course myself. And I think it's a very good and nice brand to have. The course itself is very clear, well-arranged and a lot of guidance. Top!!

S	Sibel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole experience can easily be described as being SCAMMED with a well thought scenario. I sent an email about a ObO lash course offered for X amount excl. VAT incl. a starterskit on the website (which is not even there anymore). Received an email saying someone dropped off and I can take the same course for €200 off the price. I agreed to it, went to the course only to realise that ALL girls were offered the same "last minute" spot?! During the theory part the lady started giving us the prices of different starterskits and we were all shocked that we had to purchase that extra and it is not included in the initial price. Asked for the lady responsible before the start of the course but she was "in a meeting". I was utterly disappointed that a company actually uses such a tactic to lure people in- giving misleading information, keeping vital information hidden, no chance to talk to the person responsible, and then it's too late... After a small discussion, the woman said it is better for me to pay the initial price with the starterskit bc if I pay for the last minute offer and purchase the kit separately the price would be much higher. So I paid an incredible amount of money for smth that I wouldn't have paid for if I knew this all beforeand or had the chance to discuss it all upfront. Please be aware of it when you are booking with them. The actual course was good, the starterskit is not worth the money bc you get 2 trays with 9 and 10mm lashes.

You do not organize trainings with last minute offers but you specifically mention that someone has dropped off. I attended the course with 7 other ppl who believed they have been misled by the (insufficient information) as well and that they wouldn't have taken the course if they knew it upfront. After consulting a lawyer and multiple parties, I am sure it is a well thought way of luring people in, even not giving them the chance to discuss it before the course proves it. Hopefully, I can get my money back and you can start doing the business more ethically.
