Currently I'm the Head of Product Design at Adyen, fintech company with a fast growing product design team. I have more than 10 years of experience in building brands, solving UX and UI challenges for companies like ING, Nordea, Allianz Investment and KLM. I'm originally from Belarus and for the past 10 years live Amsterdam.
My skill set focuses on design leadership and mentoring for the teams, recruiting and hiring, managing strategic stakeholders in product and engineering and collaboration with DesignOps on research and content design.
I believe in simplicity and building a strong connection between businesses and users, driving organical growth of a product. My passion is helping scaling design teams with diversity and equity in mind and translating big thinking into clear paths.
In my spare time I enjoy nerding about wine over a plate of smelly cheeses.
