Bin immer gut behandelt worden, die Rezeption macht einen mega guten Job, man fühlt sich dort nicht wie eine Nummer und wird ernst genommen. Weiter so! I have been with Dr. Hertkens and can only report positive things. I've always been treated well, the reception does a great job, you don't feel like a number there and are taken seriously. Keep it up!

In meinem Leben habe ich so ein schlechtes nie erlebt. Sie schreit die anderen persönlich und telefonisch an. Die zeigt den Patienten leider keinen Respekt. Dieses Verhalten gehört leider nicht zu einer Arztpraxis. The practitioners and helpers are all nice. In order not to lose the patients, the behavior of the oldest receptionist needs to improve.
