Herhaling, herhaling....Personeel is arrogant. De dames zijn op leeftijd en denken alles te weten, maar kunnen niks. Het woord service komt niet voor in hun vocabulaire. Ik wilde deze keer iets terug brengen. Ik had contant betaald. Maar ik mag niet contant terug krijgen. "Dat is regel". Nee, dat is misbruik maken van macht en klantje pesten. Waarom mag ik wel contant betalen maar niet contact terug krijgen? Als het om corona gaat, dat is hier echt geen sprake van een verschil. O ja, een andere klant, oudere meneer, had hetzelfde ervaren.
