From the very start, we were very comfortable with having Meida in our home as our Kraamzorg. Her background as a doula and previously as a midwife gave us confidence as first time parents. She helped us using compassion and went above and beyond. Example by helping me rescue my husbands birthday which I had forgotten and helping my friends execute a surprise for me. We were fortunate to have Meida during that special time of our lives.

We were very lucky to get Meida to help us out. Right from the minute she arrived, she took the time to understand our needs and then guided us through the whole process of becoming parents. She is very knowledgeable , and her medical background clearly shows. She took care of me, the baby, my partner, and the house really well and we are very greatful for her help. As new parents we feel confident after 1 week of having her around. We are also a dutch/English household and with her being bilingual it made things so much easier. Thank you Meida for all your help.

Meida was our doula for the birth of our child. We found in her all the support, encouragement and help that we could have wished for. She was a great help before, during and after the birth of our son. Her knowledge, support and kindness made us feel more confident and guided towards the journey of parenthood. I can't recommend her enough!

We really feel so fortunate that we found Meida as she supported us in so many ways. And I simply cannot rate Meida enough, nor thank her enough for all that she provided us. As a British expat family living in The Hague, we were looking for someone who's first language was English and who had experience in preparing us for the arrival of our second child. Initially, I was drawn to Meida's expertise in dealing with previous birth trauma and I can honestly say her approach was brilliant. Using Meida's services as a doula enabled me to overcome unresolved fears and remaining anxieties I still had, and she helped me to move on, focusing on the new pregnancy. Meida's wealth of experience meant she was able to answer all of our questions and prepare us for a new birthing experience in The Netherlands. It wasn't just emotional support she provided either, but physical guidance also, in the form of most helpful exercises tailored to my specific needs at that late stage in the pregnancy. What we appreciated the most though, was having Meida as our Kraamzorg maternity nurse afterwards as well. This continuity of care worked so well for us, as I already knew she would be a good 'fit' for our family in those first newborn days of life! I'm *so* thankful for all Meida's words of wisdom, for her sensitive approach and caring nature and for keeping our home functioning at a time when I could then focus my energy on bonding with our new baby and establish a positive breastfeeding routine. Meida not only gave me the opportunity to recover, but also to spend some quality time with our first-born, to alleviate potential jealous feelings towards her sibling. And Meida provided the chance for us as parents to connect again and revisit aspects of looking after a newborn that we had since forgotten from the first time, almost 5 years ago! As I said at the start, I rate Meida's services as outstanding and we feel blessed that she came into our lives...

Words cannot convey enough our gratitude for Meida's support as our Kraamzorg this month. Thanks to her, we feel we've a great start at parenthood! As new parents we wanted the best care possible, we're so glad we booked her so far in advance as she came highly recommended. We found Meida to be highly competent and thorough yet also very warm and kind. We appreciated the amount of time she took every day to teach us how to care for our baby, as well as how she would have us 'practice' so she could provide feedback for improvement. She placed a lot of emphasis on my postpartum care as well which I found to be really helpful for ensuring I can be the best mom possible. We also liked how much effort she put into filling in our maternity book so that we can use it as a reference in the evenings and after her care was finished.

Meida was amazing! Really great with the breastfeeding, helpful around the house and overall a great experience. Always kind, pacient and worried about our well being. She showed great experience with babies. We could not ask for a better Kraamzorg

Meida was there for me and my partner during my pregnancy and birth as a doula and to anybody who is not yet sure whether they need one... you do. It absolutely would not have been the same experience without her and I could not be more grateful for all the support and advice we received from her. She goes above and beyond for her customers and had such a personal touch to her work it’s incredible. I am forever glad to have chosen her to support me for my birth and help prepare and I already know that if I should plan a second child, she will again be a part of that journey and probably even for her kraamzorg services. An incredible and intelligent, knowledgeable woman with lots of patience and love for her work and clients. Couldn’t have asked for anyone else.

My partner and I attended Meida’s extensive childbirth preparation lessons, she was our birth doula as well as our maternity nurse. It made a world of difference to have had her support in these different phases of our parenting journey. I honestly cannot emphasise how much it was necessary for us to have her as a doula, especially as we had a difficult experience during childbirth. In such an unpredictable event, having a familiar face, someone you trust and who can give expert tips, as well as communicate with the hospital staff, was invaluable. As for the kraamzorg services, once again I was so glad to have had her - she knew exactly what we had been through, the challenges and difficulties related to the birth, and she absolutely went above and beyond to assist us with breastfeeding. I don’t think I would have made it without her support, and for this I can never thank her enough! Thanks for all your hard work and for walking the extra mile, Meida!
