★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miyo is een geweldige centrum voor Yoga en Mindfulnes.
Zelf heb ik onder de begeleiding van Arnica Bosma een 8 weekse mindfulness cursus gevolgd en ik heb een fantastische tijd gehad waarbinnen ik veel heb mogen ervaren en leren over 'mindfull' leven. Voor mij bood het een totale ervaring doordat de trainingen in een intieme ruimte plaatsvond en omdat er in begeleiding veel aandacht was voor persoonlijk contact.
Een echte aanrader dus!!
 Miyo is a great center for Yoga and Mindfulnes.
I myself took an 8 week mindfulness course under the guidance of Arnica Bosma and I had a fantastic time in which I was able to experience a lot and learn about 'mindfull' life. For me it offered a total experience because the training sessions took place in an intimate space and because there was a lot of attention for personal contact in supervision.
Highly recommended so !!
