★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monique heeft mij een periode begeleid. Ik heb heel veel van haar geleerd over voeding. Ze is heel erg vriendelijk en haar manier van begeleiden is prettig. Langzaamaan ben ik overgegaan op een gezond voedingspatroon zonder gefrustreerd te raken. Ik voel me veel beter en val natuurlijk ook af.
Ik kan haar iedereen aanbevelen!
 Monique has accompanied me for a period. I learned a lot from her about nutrition. She is very friendly and her guidance is pleasant. Slowly I switched to a healthy diet without getting frustrated. I feel much better and of course lose weight.
I can recommend her to anyone!
