V	Vanessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vor ca. einem Jahr in dieser Buchhandlung und habe damals schon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Auf meine Begrüßung wurde nicht geantwortet und auf Fragen unfreundlich geantwortet. Naja, jeder kann natürlich einmal einen schlechten Tag haben... dachte ich. Trotz mulmigem Gefühl bin ich nun wieder dort gewesen und war erst positiv überrascht da meine Begrüßung erwidert wurde. Scheinbar muss man aber schon beim Betreten des Ladens wissen, welches Buch man kaufen möchte, denn Stöbern scheint hier nicht gern gesehen zu sein. Ich stand noch keine Minute vor dem Bücherregal, um mir die verschiedenen Bücher anzusehen, als ich mit einem ziemlich motzigen "Kann ich ihnen helfen" unterbrochen wurde. Von diesem Moment an ging es dann wirklich bergab. Ich wurde grundlos so unfreundlich und herablassend behandelt und das nur, weil ich nach einem Buch gefragt habe. Ich solle doch nach Kempen gehen, da ich dort wohne und wir dort auch zwei Buchhandlungen hätten. Als Buchbloggerin und Leseratte kaufe ich meine Bücher immer lieber in Buchhandlungen, als im Internet und erkunden immer gerne kleiner Buchhandlungen, da man beim Stöbern auch mal auf eher unbekannte Bücher trifft, diese Buchhandlung werde ich allerdings nie wieder betreten. I was in this bookstore about a year ago and had bad experiences back then. My greeting was not answered and unfriendly answers to questions. Well, everyone can of course have a bad day ... I thought. Despite the queasy feeling, I have been there again and was only positively surprised when my greeting was returned. Apparently, but you have to know when entering the store, which book you want to buy, because browsing does not seem to like to be seen here. I did not stand in front of the bookshelf for a minute to look at the various books as I was interrupted with a rather mischievous "Can I help them". From that moment on, it really went downhill. I was treated so rudely and condescendingly for no reason, just because I asked for a book. I should go to Kempen, since I live there and we also have two bookstores there. As a book blogger and bookworm, I prefer to buy my books in bookstores rather than on the internet and always like to explore smaller bookstores, because browsing sometimes leads to more unknown books, but I will never re-enter this bookstore.

J	Julia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich selten eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Normalerweise wenn ich ein Buch, etc. Bestelle, ging das immer schnell mit der Bestellung. Eben bestellt, morgen da. Aber diesmal ist keine so wirklich empfehlenswerte Bestellung abgelaufen. Ich bestelle ein Buch, welches ich bis spätestens Freitag brauche. Da der Verlag nichts auf Lager hat, könnte dies etwas länger dauern weshalb ich meine Telefonnummer hinterlassen habe. Anderthalb Wochen später immer noch kein Anruf, auch wenn ich das Buch schon dringend zur Bearbeitung im Unterricht benötigt habe und es immer noch tue. Ich rufe in der Handlung 3x an, jedoch nimmt niemand den Hörer ab. Ich wundere mich, weil im Internet doch steht, dass die Handlung bis 18 Uhr geöffnet hat. Also fahre ich dorthin, was Gott sei Dank kein großer Aufwand für mich ist,und muss feststellen, dass die Buchhandlung mittwoch nachmittags geschlossen ist. Ich meine, wenn dies schon der Fall ist, sollte das doch auch mit den Informationen/ Öffnungszeiten im Internet übereinstimmen. Jetzt werde ich das doch dringend benötigte Buch wiederum eine Woche nicht bearbeiten können. To be honest, I've rarely had a bad experience. Usually when I order a book, etc., that was always fast with the order. Just ordered, there tomorrow. But this time, no really commendable order has expired. I order a book, which I need by Friday at the latest. Since the publisher has nothing in stock, this could take a bit longer, which is why I left my phone number. One and a half weeks later still no call, even though I have urgently needed the book for editing in the classroom and still do it. I call 3x in the plot, but nobody picks up the phone. I'm surprised, because the Internet says that the story is open until 6pm. So I go there, which, thank goodness, is not a big hassle for me, and I must say that the bookstore is closed on Wednesday afternoon. I mean, if this is already the case, that should also coincide with the information / opening hours on the internet. Now I will not be able to edit the urgently needed book for another week.
A	A. W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Mo's Bücherkiste des Öfteren besucht und mag die Atmosphäre des Buchladens wirklich sehr. Ich genieße es, durch den Laden zu gehen und alles in Ruhe anzuschauen. Oftmals gehe ich hin, habe keine genaue Vorstellung von dem, was ich gerne kaufen möchte und lasse mich einfach von all den unterschiedlichen Facetten, liebevollen Dekorationen sowie (selbstverständlich!) Büchern inspirieren. Also, ich bin sehr begeistert von Mo's Bücherkiste und schätze die gute Beratung. Weiter so! I have visited Mo's book box many times and really like the atmosphere of the bookstore. I enjoy going through the store and watching everything in peace. Often I go there, have no idea what I would like to buy and just let myself be inspired by all the different facets, lovely decorations and (of course!) Books. Well, I'm very excited about Mo's book box and appreciate the good advice. Keep it up!
