★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir war am 05.02 in Kleve im mobilcom und wurde von einem Herrn Kürekci beraten. Das Personal da waren wohl Neu, weil ich eigentlich alle kenne. Wir fühlen uns übers Ohr gehauen und werde mich beschweren.
 We were at the mobilcom on February 5th in Kleve and were advised by a Mr. Kürekci. The staff there were probably new because I actually know everyone. We feel ripped off and will complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fühlen uns etwas verar.... wir haben zwei Tarife, einen haben wir im April verlängert, den zweiten wollten wir heute verlängern. Dieser sollte deutlich teurer mit weniger Datenvolumen sein. Auf die Frage, weshalb das so ist, bekamen wir die Antwort "ja, april ist schon lange her! Corona macht alles teurer."
Wir kaufen gern lokal; aber so nicht.
Die Online-Angebote sind um mehr als 50% günstiger.
We feel a little messed up .... we have two tariffs, we extended one in April, we wanted to extend the second today. This should be significantly more expensive with less data volume. When asked why this is so, we got the answer "yes, April was a long time ago! Corona makes everything more expensive."
We like to buy locally; but not like that.
The online offers are more than 50% cheaper.

Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen man wird nicht übers Ohr gehauen und es wird dir auch nichts angedreht was man nicht möchte.
Wir haben 2 Verträge da und ich kann sagen immer wieder gerne.
