★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Montag, den 16.07.2018 17:18 Uhr, im Laden in Goch einen mit Kopfhören ausgestatteten, am Laptop sitzenden Mitarbeiter angetroffen.
Hätte ich mich nicht bemerkbar gemacht, hätte er mich wahrscheinlich gar nicht wahrgenommen.
Ich: "Sorry, dass ich störe. Ich hätte gerne..."
"In Verbindung mit welchem Gerät?"
Ich: "Ohne Gerät. Nur die Karte."
"Habe ich nicht mehr." Aber ich hätte da..."
NEIN DANKE! Ich habe konkrete Vorstellungen. Mit Gerät ist die Karte anscheinend zu bekommen.
Ich habe ihm noch meine ausgedruckten Vertragsdetails geben wollen aber das ignorierte er geflissentlich.
"Aaaaja. Wohl im Internet gefunden."
Laden verlassen.
Wie kann man so unmotiviertes Personal auf die Kunden loslassen?
Vielleicht sollte man diesen Mitarbeiter ein Motivationstraining zukommen lassen.
Die Zeiten wo einem Handyverträge aus der Hand gerissen werden sind schon lange vorbei.
Klasse gemacht! Kunde verärgert. Dieser Laden sieht mich nie wieder.

How can you let such unmotivated staff loose on customers?
Maybe these employees should be given motivational training.
The times when cell phone contracts were torn out of your hand are long gone.
Well done! Upset customer. This shop will never see me again.
