★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my Surface Pro 2017 battery replaced. The device seems to be working fine and has no trace of damage due to the replacement.
The price was clear in advance and I only had to wait an extra day because they had a defective battery. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. They should have had a spare or tested the battery in advance, considering I had a long drive to get there and asked about this in advance.
On the whole, I am very happy with the repair and the communication and will definitely go to them again in the future if needed.
