Also folgendes ist passiert : Ich habe meine Apple Watch vor circa 6 Monaten komplett einschweißen lassen , und stellte jetzt fest das auf dem Glas die Folie unverschuldet abgegangen ist , alle anderen Folien sind noch drauf .Doch der Mitarbeiter möchten mir die Folie nicht ersetzten , da ich diese wohl nicht mehr habe , der Kassenbon ist vorhanden , und alle anderen Folien sind noch drauf . Also für 39,99 erwarte ich schon ein wenig mehr Kundenbindung ! Das war das letzte mal . I was a regular customer, but after this disappointment I will probably avoid having my devices welded in any further. So this is what happened: I had my Apple Watch completely shrink-wrapped about 6 months ago, and now I noticed that the film on the glass had come off through no fault of my own, all the other films are still on. But the employee does not want to replace the film because I probably no longer have it I have the receipt, and all the other transparencies are still on it. So for 39.99 I expect a little more customer loyalty! That was the last time .
M	Mike-Daniel Klütsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beste Folien die ich bis jetzt hatte. Für quasi jedes Gerät erhältlich egal ob abgerundet oder nicht eine bessere Folie habe ich nicht gefunden. Vor allem wird sie angebracht und das auch ziemlich perfekt. Wenns nicht gefällt wird's direkt nochmal gemacht. Kostet zwar ein bisschen aber ich mache es mit jedem neuen Gerät. Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und kompetent. Wenns voll ist kann es mal etwas dauern. Best slides I've had so far. Available for almost every device, whether rounded or not, I have not found a better film. Above all, it is applied and it is pretty much perfect. If you don't like it, it will be done again immediately. It costs a bit, but I do it with every new device. Staff were always friendly and competent. When it is full it can take a while.

Eine der wenigen Folien womit der Fingersensor problemlos arbeitet Very good film for the S20 +. Absolutely perfectly attached. No short waiting time and everything was ready. One of the few foils with which the finger sensor works without any problems
M	Michel Wiemann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe hier häufiger die Geräte von mir und meiner Familie mit eigentlich schönen Skins bekleben lassen, doch nach dem letzten Besuch werde ich diesen Laden meiden und auch nicht weiterempfehlen wie zuvor. Denn bei der Montage, wurde das Hochwertige neuwertige Panzerglas beschädigt. Es wurde entfernt und anschließend wieder montiert sodass Risse auf der Folie sind und Staub unter der Folie ist. Nachdem es aufgefallen ist hatte man sich bei mir dafür entschuldigt, und mir angeboten das Panzerglas für einen vergünstigten Preis von 12€ statt 14,99€ anzubieten. So kann man auch versuchen an Kunden mehr Geld zu verdienen. I have often had beautiful skins put on my and my family's devices here, but after my last visit I will avoid this shop and will not recommend it to others as I did before. Because during the assembly, the high-quality new bulletproof glass was damaged. It was removed and then reassembled so that there are cracks on the film and there is dust under the film. After it was noticed, they apologized to me and offered me the bulletproof glass for a discounted price of € 12 instead of € 14.99. You can also try to earn more money from customers.
A	Anwar Othman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das hat mich echt enttäuscht Als ich die Folie bei euch gemacht habe ,habe ich wirklich teuer gekauft, da eure Mitarbeiter mir gesagt hat ,dass ich immer mein Folie für 7 Euro austauschen kann. Nach zwei Monaten ist mein Handy aus runtergefallen ,die Folie hat gar nix geschützt, aber das war okay . Das Problem, dass die Mitarbeiterin mir gerade gesagt hat ,dass sie die alte Folie braucht ,damit ich nut 7 Euro bezahlen kann, am Sonst Vollpreis wieder ,obwohl habe ich die Rechnung gezeigt

They are completely unprofessional persons, Do not waste your time with this people, Update: I contacted them via WhatsApp, they said to me that they are thankful for giving this bad rating to them and then they blocked my number!!!!!!!
